Had a wonderful New Year stay at a hotel in a prime location. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's convenient location near public transportation made it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions. the complimentary late checkout until 3pm allowed us to have a leisurely morning before heading out for the day.
Dislikes for a New Year Stay: The room was quite small, a bit cramped for two people.

Perfect location for exploring this city with great cafes and Chinatown nearby. Very close to efficient MRT station and shopping area. The hotel has helpful staff, clean rooms, and good facilities.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

It's also close to the bustling Chinatown area, where you can enjoy the night life and explore the local culture. The rooms are spacious and offer city views, with comfortable sheets for a good night's rest.
The check-in process needs improvement as some guests had to wait for several hours for their rooms to become available.

Great location next to MRT station and within walking distance to Chinatown. Clean and comfortable rooms, with excellent air conditioning and complimentary bottled water. Friendly and helpful staff, with a cute camera theme for room numbers. Nice open-air pool on the third level.

It's so convenient being within walking distance of the MRT, making it easy to get around the area. I appreciated the many amenities provided in the room such as the mini-bar and ironing facilities. The friendly staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcomed during my stay.
I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay here.

The pool was refreshing and the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring the vibrant surroundings. The staff were attentive and provided umbrellas on rainy days.
